As I write this I’m on a bumpy plane ride back from Boston where I was privileged to speak and participate at this year’s Ancestral Health Symposium at Harvard.  I had initially planned to speak about the Nutrition Science Initiative (NuSI), the non-profit Gary Taubes and I founded earlier this year.
